Spanning two joyous weekends in January, the celebration will be filled with thrilling tournaments, bountiful feasting, lively music, and endless laughter. The finest merchants, most talented entertainers, and masterful cooks from across the realms have been summoned to make this the most magnificent celebration yet!
Among the honored guests is none other than the Sheriff of Nottingham—drawn to Viera by both the Count and Countess’ legendary hospitality and the promise of his monthly fee for protecting the land from the infamous Robin Hood and his so-called band of outlaws. The Count and Countess graciously welcome the Sheriff and his sizable entourage, assuring him that payment will be presented on the grand Chessboard Stage.
But all is not as it seems…
Word has reached Robin Hood and his loyal companions that the Sheriff is playing a double game—impersonating Robin’s men to plunder the people of Viera, all while demanding coin to defend them from the very same threat.
Outraged, Robin vows to confront the Sheriff and reveal his treachery before all.
The stage is set. Loyalties will be tested. Truths will come to light.
Join us for a thrilling game of Battle Chess, where beloved characters from the adventures of Robin Hood face off in a dramatic showdown. Who will outwit the other and claim victory in Viera?
Come and find out!
